Joseph Lease is the author of three critically acclaimed poetry collections: Broken World, Human Rights, and The Room.  His dynamic, lyrical, political poetry has been featured on NPR and in The Best American Poetry 2002.  He has published in The AGNI 30th Anniversary Poetry Anthology, VQR, Bay Poetics, and Paris Review.  He is an Associate Professor of Writing and Literature at California College of the Arts.
